Premarin?

Long story short: Get a yeast infection in July one week after my first Depo shot in 14 months. Seem to have constant pain on my labia. Tried to troubleshoot by switching laundry detergents to see if it was causing my issue, started taking acidophilus, etc but nothing helped.

When do my doctor yesterday and she said she didn't see any irritation. Checked me both inside and out, checked for a hernia, took a couple of swabs to check for infection. I don't know what it is but it isn't HSV/STD related, a UTI, or a yeast or bacterial infection. She gave me some samples of Premarin to try for about a week but I'm honestly afraid to use it because of it's side effects.

I think my issue is being caused by Depo but she told me that it wouldn't do that and that it would be rare, either way I am done with it.

Does anyone here ever used Premarin?

Yes, I did for a short time. I was constantly feeling like I was getting a UTI, but there was never bacteria found to indicate an infection.

So I was given Premarin cream, and used it when I felt that UTI feeling. Honestly, I haven't had any troubles with side effects of any kind.

It might help you, and you might only have to take it for a short time.
