Bumpiness/lumpiness UNDER skin above bikini line

Today I noticed that the area above my bikini line is bumpy/lumpy under the skin when I squeeze/flex my abdominal muscles. The bumps feel like super shallow speed bumps about the width of a quarter. The lumps feel like lymph nodes (about the size of an eraser on a pencil), but from what I gather, there are no lymph nodes in that area. As mentioned, I have to contract my abdominal muscles in order to feel what I'm feeling. I have an appointment with my naturopath tomorrow afternoon, but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas in the meantime. I'm not panicked, but I AM a little worried :( Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi, I think it could be a few possibilities. The first that came to mind was lymph nodes: http://img.webmd.com/dtmcms/live/webmd/consumer_assets/site_images/media/medical/hw/h9991579_001.jpg and the second was ovarian cysts?
