Congrats on the upcoming wedding!

Stress can totally delay your period, but if you were late last month too, you could just be going through a shift in what's normal for you. It happens, sometimes. If last cycle was 32 days and this one is on day 36 so far, maybe you're going to have a slightly longer cycle...

You don't say when you had sex and what (if any) form of birth control you were using. That definitely matters. :) The negative pregnancy test can be trusted 19 days after the sex in question, although most companies just say how long after your missed period. 8 days would be enough - unless you just ovulated late due to stress and have not actually missed a period yet. So if there was questionable sex in the last 18 days you're going to want to test again just in case. Use first morning urine, too.

Many early symptoms of pregnancy match PMS symptoms, which is frustrating, but if you're pregnant enough to have symptoms you'd normally test positive. False negatives happen but they're rare. Now and then, yeah, someone doesn't excrete hCG in their urine, but again, rare.

Assuming you're not pregnant: I wouldn't worry about the shifts in your cycle - pre-wedding stress might be the culprit right now, and most people miss a cycle or have an irregular one once in a while. It's normal. If it stays irregular - and especially if you're going to start trying to conceive - it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out, but you can wait a few months if the only thing happening is that your cycle is less regular than it used to be.

Hope this helps!
