I'm no expert, but it could certainly be a yeast infection. I've had a few yeast infections before, but my most recent one was brought on by taking antibiotics for a few days after my wisdom tooth extraction surgery. So, you could certainly have that!

As far as your cramps, I'm not sure. if it is your period, some over-the-counter remedies for yeast infections (like monistat, which I've taken) can be used while on your period, I believe. Best of luck!
