on the subject of yeast infections...

yes, antibiotics can cause them, as can anything else that throws off the bacterial balance in your vagina (it's okay to say vagina, btw!). things that can contribute to frequent yeast infections include pants or underwear that don't breathe well (cotton ones are best, and sleeping without underwear is healthiest because it allows your vulva to breathe), stress, not eating a balanced diet, or washing with harsh soaps (you should only use soap on the outside - your vulva - and it should be gentle, and not strongly scented).
