Hi, VPers!
Recently, we have been having a lot of discussions here and in VP about inclusive language choices. This is something that VP as a community is all about--after all, we thrive on safe and accountable spaces. As a community, it's impossible to build the trust to have personal, difficult, and joyous discussions if we aren't accountable to one another.
