I'm thinking of starting a Nuva-Ring community, for people who are on the ring, interested in it, or have been on the ring in the past.

Is there already a community like this as in specifically about nuva ring?

Would anyone here be interested in joining if i did create the community?

I'd be vaugly interested - I just heard about them today when someone asked if they could be used with menstrual cups over on Healthboards (anyone know the answer to that btw?) and then again on this community...I'm interested to know what they are like etc. although probably won't use them, I don't think.

i would. i've been on it for 4 or 5 months now with no problems and no questions, but i'd like to try to help answer other people's questions and concerns about it since i love it so much.

I know they can be used with tampons, but since menstrual cups get put in the same way the ring does you might not be able to use it with out it coming out... of course you can have it out for up to three hours and still be protected so i guess when you take the cup out just check if the ring is still in there wrinse it if it isnt and then put it back in... but none of that is professional advice in the least just my guess

Well, I had a *quick* look at a site about them -don't they get removed for your period anyway?
I would guess that it would at least be worth a try mind you.

ya but when you start on it you have to put it in between day one and day 5 of your period, and if you havent finished menstruating after having the ring out for a week you still have to put it in...
so you still might run into occasions that you need to have it and the cup in
