cheap push-up bra recommendations?

I'm a very content 32 A or AA.  However, I've been getting character gigs lately and sometimes that means I need cleavage.  '40's style "cigarette girl" for a charity event this weekend for instance.  I have a method of taping my boobs together and then filling the rest of a bra with padding to give a realistic giggle, but the bras I used to use are a bit big on me now.  I'm also hoping to find something that requires less prep work on my part, but that is not expensive.

Do discount stores sell adequate push up bras?  Places like target or walmart?  I don't want to spend a lot of money but I need a black push up that really will get the job done for these little ones of mine.

Thanks!

Check ebay. I've seen silicone enhancers and enlargers that might work for you. If you order online, you won't get it in time for this weekend's event but you'll have it for next time.

Target has a knock off of the VS miracle bra for about 10 or 12 dollars. I tried it on and it made me look two cup sizes bigger (I'm a B and I seriously looked like a D cup)

What I do for shows (I'm a costume designer) is either have the actress tuck a set or two of cookies (small foam bra enhancers) underneath their breasts, or cut a small nerf ball in half, and put it inside the bra with the round half towards the breast and the flat side out. They can be trimmed to hide in the bra, and really work nicely to plump up cleavage. Nerf balls are also very cheap ;-).

If it doesn't weird you out, check out thrift stores! I bought my absolute FAVORITE black push up bra at a thrift store for about 3 bucks :-)

I'm a 32 AA and when I need cleavage (which is pretty difficult to attain considering that I have barely anything to even push up) I use those silicone chicken cutlet things (http://www.siliconeworks.com/shop/nubra_self_adhesive_1_prd0.htm -- cheaper version though) and a good push up bra (my favorite is from Fredricks of Hollywood).

Yup, you can find a surprisingly wide selection at target or walmart and also at the discount stores like TJ Maxx/Marshall's/Ross

I'm a 30 B and the best method I've found for getting serious cleavage is wearing two bras (it works particularly well if the first bra I put on has straps that can be criss-crossed in the back), and using a bit of bronzer to shade between my boobs and on top to give them a rounder look :)
