I've had issues with spermicidal condoms, based on brands. I have no problem at all with Pure Pleasure, but Trojans make me feel...uhm, icky-sore...for a day or two afterwards. Sadly, they also prevent me from repeating any kind of penetration play (penis / fingers / toys) for a while, as I get a really "raw" feeling particularly near the entrance to my vagina. Not sure if this helps, but if you've changed brands lately, it could be a possibility.

Oh, one last thing about latex & spermicidal sensitivity - it can happen after you've been using them for a while with no problems. A nurse friend of mine suddenly found her hands swelling up and breaking out in hives - after 4 years of nursing, she had developed a latex reaction.
