when im horny or turned on, my period seems to kind of disappear for while. have you talked to him about sex while still spotting? how does he feel about it...maybe he can help ease your anxieties about it. but douching from what i know is never a good idea, it takes away all the healthy bacteria and stuff. so i would say no to the douching.
