you could buy acidphilus capsules at practically any helath food store and use them, THEY WORK on BV(usually) and Yeast infections(every time Ive used them) Insert two at night before bed for 5-7 days try to eat yogurt and taking some capsules by mouth won't hurt either.You can find them fore less than 10$ in a good quantity 60 or 90. Those Otc yeast inf treatments are OUTRAGEOUS so I know how crappy it would be to buy another for only using a day and halfs worth.
