Yes, Mono-Nessa is a monophasic pill.
I was on TRI-nessa, which is the generic of Ortho Tri Cyclen, a triphasic pill. Mono-nessa is the generic of Ortho Cyclen, in which all the active pills contain the same amount of hormone.
