Hello! I did something similar only Clark was my pre-reqs on the cheap choice, then a year of Portland living to establish residency for PSU to be reasonably priced. PSU is mostly great, though there is talk of restructuring and involving corporate funding rather than keeping it public, I'm not as informed on the potential changes as I should be, but it doesn't sound good. :(
