OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was freaking out. I thought maybe I had miscarried, or something important had fallen out of me haha.. I'm pretty sure it's uterine lining after seeing so many people say so and after looking this picture up...

That's practically the EXACT shape of what came out of me so I can conclude that's what it is.
