the way you say 4 weeks then remove it and insert a new one sounds a lot better i dont really know what he was saying he told me he wanted to keep it in for a whole 3 months.. as what i understood maybe im completly confused by this, but ur way sounds a lot less confusing he basically said i uld only get four periods a year if i did it the way he explained it.. im so confused..
