Ovarian cysts
I was wondering if someone could explain to me what these feel like.
I ask because I have a Mirena (since April 4, so four months), and I know that cysts are common in women who have it. Since getting it I've been in relatively constant pain, though now it's usually just a dull ache that two-to-thee times a week or after orgasm gets bad enough to make me curl into a fetal position.
But lately (as in the last week or two, maybe more), I seem to get a...strange kind of pain on my right side, where my ovary should be. It feels kind of like...pressure, I guess...kind of like the kind you feel when you have gas, but it's around my ovary and there is no gas.
It's definitely not my apendix, as it's too far down and I have palpatted that just in case and it has proven to be in good shape.
So...yeah. What do cysts feel like?
