Probably a really stupid question :(

I know that vaginal douches should be avoided like the plague - what about anal douches? I was on a sex toys website & an anal douche had about 7 reviews all giving it 10 stars, and was nonethewiser as to their safety!

yeah, they're called enemas and are commonly used. (mostly for medical reasons).

YOu can buy enema kits at any drug store.
