You may need to replace your Diva. They come in two sizes: one for women who have never given birth, and one for those who have.

FWIW, my cycles have gotten ... more... since having my kids, too. I don't know if it's partly to do with age, or hormonal change or what, but my PMS is much more annoying than it used to be, and seems to last much longer.
