No Period on HBC.
What do you do when the birth control pill that you are on doesn't give you a period and you're sexually active? How do you know if you get pregnant (apart from all the other later symptoms like morning sickness and a bump)? For the past 8 months I haven't gotten much period if at all when I started a new brand of pill. It was fine then because I wasn't having sex. But now I am and feel unsure of how I'm going to know if I do become pregnant. My boyfriend and I always use a condom too but I've recently become a little paranoid that I could get pregnant and not know it.
I'm planning on talking to my gynecologist about how I don't get my period on the pill that I'm on but it takes forever to get an appointment and I'm starting a new job and my health insurance doesn't kick back in until April 1st. So I guess I'd just like to hear others input on what they do if they are on a pill where they don't get their period. Anyone have any input?? Thanks!
