Is a condom + VCF a pretty good birth control method?
Also, will using the VCF ruin the whole "fingering experience" for me, or does it even change it?

Well, not having sex is the best birthcontrol method but you know thats kind of hard lol. But yes, using a condom and VCF film is a good method. It won't really ruin the experience, it'll be wet and gooey in there -- probably not the best thing. You should do the fingering and all that fun stuff before you put the film in. I've used the condom and film method -- no real problems. My boyfriend noted it kinda made the condom feel "harder" but then again, I don't make a lot of natural lubes so I was probably dry. Heh.

Have you considered birthcontrol + condoms? =/.

I can't do BC right now because I've been off and on it for like 6 years because of amenorrhea, so right now I'm trying to get my period back naturally. Agh!
